North Hobart house within a heritage listed precinct

This house on the corner of Patrick and Church Streets in North Hobart is part of a heritage listed precinct.

To this end the works undertaken on the internal and external renovations were about maintaining the heritage values of the building and ensuring the fabric remained in good sound condition. External details have been refurbished or reinstated and the sandstone street-front walls and heritage timber fence are a work in progress.

The strength of this project is that the changes enhance the building but are subtle within the content of the streetscape.
