This dwelling is located on a small,steeply sloping bush block in Stewart Crescent Taroona.

The living and sleeping accommodation are elevated amongst the gum trees to take advantage of stunning views towards the water, leaving vehicular parking, services and storage to the ground floor.

The linear plan stretches across the site, working with the site contours to allow occupants to step out into the garden at the rear of the property, and sink an inground pool next to the deck that will catch evening light.

The open plan living and kitchen space is connected to both the front and rear decks, offering alfresco dining during good Tassie weather. The master suite and bedrooms capture over Taroona, towards the water.

The dwelling is clad in a combination of shale grey colorbond custom orb, with inserts of vertical timber boards and a striking stone veneer to the chimney.
